The Lysiak Industrieservice GmbH is a middle-sized company currently employing 60 employees. The company has successfully developed into an expert amongst the specialist welding firms in both the domestic and European markets.
High-profile orders placed by well-known enterprises in the energy-generating industry and the steel-manufacturing industry, by systems constructors as well as by the chemical and food industries, prove the high regard in which the Lysiak Industrieservice is held.
At its location in Schermbeck, the Lysiak Industrieservice GmbH has at its disposal a workshop comprising a 900 m² production area and 200 m² office space where the following tasks are carried out:
- commercial administration
- accounting and human resources
- market observation, acquisition and sales
- processing of enquiries, offers and orders
- project management, project handling and project realization
- scheduling of assembly personnel and materials management
- supervision and support of permanent construction sites
- setting up of new locations

Prefabrications
Setting standards! From the prefabrication of pipeline components to steel structure sections or to the prefabrication of complex plants. The Lysiak Industrieservice GmbH employs experienced welders and pipe fitters who produce x-ray quality weld seams of the welding categories in accordance with the relevant regulations (e.g. for RT in accordance with AD regulations, otherwise in accordance with DIN EN 12517-1 of all material groups 5, 6, 8, 36, 43 and 45).
The inspection and quality assurance of the welding work is carried out by our welding coordinators, welding engineers and welding specialists (SFI and SFM). The quality assurance of the Lysiak Industrieservice GmbH weld seam quality is carried out by means of continuous inspections of the weld seams (VT, PT, MT, UT and RT).
Assembly / Disassembly
Quality that prevails! The experience of our employees is based on many years of assembly and disassembly work on the various different construction sites at home and abroad.
Whether project-related or non-project relevant, as, for example, in refineries, we guarantee a carefully and expertly planned execution of our assembly and disassembly operations within the deadlines.
Industrial Services
Our services within the framework of industrial services essentially
- comprisepermit to supply temporary workers in accordance with the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG)
- emergency repairs in the areas of piping and boiler construction
- all arising maintenance and repair work

Hydraulics
Execution of various hydraulic (oil / water) and pneumatic services Systems by trained hydraulic engineers, pipe bending technicians, welders and fitters.
On-site bending of pipes with hydraulic pipe bending machines from Transfluid, Tube dimensions from 6 x 1.5 mm – 168.3 x 45 mm for steel & stainless steel.
Certification - Lysiak Industrieservice GmbH
The Lysiak Industrieservice GmbH is your competent partner. Our welders and pipe fitters produce x-ray quality weld seams of the welding categories in accordance with the relevant regulations (e.g. for RT in accordance with AD regulations, otherwise in accordance with DIN EN 12517-1 of all material groups 5, 6, 8, 36, 43 and 45).
